How do I open my garage door when there is a power failure?
All garage door motors sold in Australia have a manual release system to change the door from manual to automatic. This should be indicated on the sticker that is attached to the door or the motor. If not, ring us and we may be able to help.
Why does my garage door sometimes stop half way going either up or down?
More than likely the springs on your garage door are binding. There are two ways to solve this problem. One is by lubricating the springs by either using CRC or a light machine oil, but the correct way to stop this problem can only be done by someone who knows how to stretch the springs (sectional door only)
